How will their ownership interest in the business be valued and divided?  What is the effect of their prenuptial agreement?  What is their exposure to having to pay alimony and child support, or conversely, what can they expect in the way of support from their spouse?  What about custody of the children of the marriage or property division?

Our firm can help you generate a source of income with no overhead. We are ready, willing and able to routinely pay referral fees to other lawyers in accordance with The Massachusetts Rules of Conduct. The Rules prohibit referral fees from being paid to non-lawyers and always require the written consent of the referred client on any attorney-referred cases.
